4 skinless pomfret
6 dried Kashmiri chillies
2 chopped onions
2 tsp tamarind pulp
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Rice flour for dusting.
Method of Preparation
Soak the chillies in warm water for around 10 minutes. Drain the water and remove the seeds from chillies.
Mix and grind all the spices, onion, sugar, and vinegar, blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
Spread this spicy paste on both the sides of the pomfret fillet, dust with rice flour.
Cook on barbecue or a preheated grill for 1-2 minutes on both sides.

Wash the potatoes and wrap them in foils individually. Cook them in the barbecue for 1-1½ hours.
