Apple Cranberry Punch
  • 32 oz. chilled apple juice
  • 12 oz. concentrated cranberry cocktail (frozen and thawed)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 6 cups ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 apple (do not core)
Method of Preparation
Mix apple juice, cranberry cocktail, and orange juice in a large punch bowl. Stir to combine the juices well. Slowly add ginger ale to the punch. Slice the apple into thin vertical slices and allow them to float around in the punch. Your non-alcoholic punch is ready to be served.
Pina Colada Punch
  • 3 cans unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can frozen non-alcoholic Pina Colada mix
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tub sugar-free lemonade soft drink mix
  • 6 cups chilled lemon-lime soda
Method of Preparation
Mix pineapple juice, water, Pina Colada mix, lime juice, and the soft drink mix into a large punch bowl. Stir the drink until the contents completely dissolve. You will need to transfer the punch mix to a 2 quart freezer container. Freeze the mix for 6 hours or overnight. Then, remove from the freezer, about 45 minutes before serving. Combine ½ cup slush mixture and ½ cup lemon-lime soda for each serving.
Sparkle Punch
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 large oranges
  • 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 750 ml bottle of sparkling apple cider
  • 1 liter club soda
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 trays of ice cubes
Method of Preparation
Slice the lemons and oranges into thin slices. Add these thin slices to a large punch bowl and pour the lemonade (thawed) over them. Next, slowly stir in the club soda and sparkling apple cider. Add sugar and ice. Your punch is ready to be served.
Ginger Punch
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles strawberry-flavored soda
  • 2 cups lemon sherbet
  • ½ package frozen strawberries, sliced
Method of Preparation
Add ginger ale and strawberry soda into a punch bowl. Now scoop in the lemon sherbet into the ginger ale and strawberry mix. Drop in the sliced strawberries. Your ginger punch is ready to be served.

  • ½ gallon orange sherbet

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 3½ cups cranberry juice

Method of Preparation
Boil water, mint leaves, and sugar in a large saucepan. When the water begins to boil, remove the saucepan from heat. Now, add herbal tea bags to the hot sugar water. Cover the saucepan and allow it to steep for 15 minutes. Then, discard the tea bags and cover the saucepan again. Allow it to stand for another 45 minutes and strain. Discard the mint leaves and stir in the cranberry and lemon juices. Serve the tea over ice with lemon slices.
